for a couple of weeks or so i've been constantly nauseous, heavily fatigued and my urine has an obvious white, oily film on it. any answers?

Thyroid disease: With your symptoms would wonder about thyroid disease. With the oil in the urine, gallbladder disease comes to mind. Recommend you see your doctor for an evaluation and some testing. Best of luck.

if i take 1- 2mg dose of sub film now will it be out of my system by wed am at 7:00? i don't want the naloxone to show up on a urine drug screen.

i have frequent urinations and my urine is mostly cloudy and has a layer of oily film over it.it has been 7 months since the symptoms.my urine culture always come back negative for any bacterial growth.what else could it be?

: Frequent urination but no pain (dysuria) by your statement. 
Negative urine culture confirmed you do not have bladder infection but you have frequency and abnormal urine appearance. Absolutely, cloudy urine with an oily film are abnormal.  A formal urinalysis report will be helpful. Several systemic diseases can cause frequent urination but without significant change in urine appearance.

what are these tiny dust like particles in my 5 year olds urine? he still uses his own potty and i just noticed them, there's many floating on top.

Likely urate crystal: The urine is a waste disposal system. One of the primary wastes is the breakdown products of proteins called urates. You can have that confirmed by a simple urinalysis if you wish.

Several items: Dark urine could represent dehydration with concentrated urine. It could also represent blood in the urine or even abnormalities of liver function causing jaundice.  Frothy urine with bubbles often represents increased phosphate levels and is rarely significant.

i have 6.5 mm stone on top of my kidney. will it pass out through urine or should i get it operated?? if it will pass through urine how many days

That's not passing.: A stone that large will predictably NOT pass if it decides to try to leave your kidney.  It WILL get stuck.  You should visit with a Urologist now and discuss treatment options.

when my partner and i have intercourse, especially if he is on top, i leak urine. at times this can be huge amounts, do you think it could be bladder ?

From the bladder: Women sometimes leak or squirt some urine during sexual activities. A primary care doctor and an ob-gyn doctor can evaluate to see what can be done. Some women say they squirt urine during the rhythmic contractions of an orgasm; but a "huge" amount seems more unusual, so a evaluation would be helpful.

the top part/connection of the catheter tube (the silicone that connects the tip of the catheter to the long wire that directs the urine to the bag came off due to, i assume, the urine bag being full and the weight pulled it off. what shall i do?

See a doctor: Malodorous urine and oedema can be an indication of kidney infection and even renal failure, so these symptoms require urgent assessment by a doctor including urine tests, blood tests and possibly a kidney scan. Furthermore neck stiffness, especially if a fever is present, can indicate more serious systemic infection such as meningitis. See a doctor urgently.
