Always some: The manner in which fibroids are removed depends on location.  Those in the cavity can usually be removed with a hysteroscope ( camera which passes through the vagina and cervix. )  most others can be removed via a laprascope.  The use of the robot can really aid in closure of the incisions in the uterus.  Most fibroids do not require a major incision in the abdomen,  which limits blood loss.

Probably: Sounds like you have benign changes in your breast that are consistent with fibrocystic changes.  Most pathologists don't use the term disease anymore since fibrocystic changes are benign and very common especially in young people.  I see this nearly everyday in my practice.  Fibroadenomas are also benign and can been with or without surrounding fibrocystic changes.

Do nothing: Just because a fibroid is there does not mean you have to do anything, and 3 cm is not large.  Common associated symptoms are heavy periods, pressure, bloating, urinary frequency, and very rarely pain.  The symptoms will determine what treatment is indicated.

Should : Not have an issue.   Look into the foods that you do eat regularly.  You may see some surprises unless you follow a healthy  diet.  Those odd ingredients pop up a lot.

Nutrition: If it is truly fresh juice without sugar added then the nutrition is there. Most fruit juices purchased at the store are from concentrate with added sugar. The healthiest option is fresh squeezed or juiced at home.
