Some women: Have lumpy breast tissues that become tender before period. That is fibrous tissue and benign. But cancer is usually one lump and is not tender.

HARD TO SAY: It is a lump not in the breast but in the chest wall.and it is firm.oval and fibrous.It may be a benign fibrous tumor or a cyst.It is more than likely not due to cancer.But it should be checked and excised and sent for pathology to make the diagnosis

I can't tell exact: Location from your description, but get an mri.  This should show the mass and tell you what it  might be.  Ask your doctor if he thinks MRI is proper test.

: Your body is talking to you.  To listen keep a diary of your breast pain issues and share with your Dr. The best first guess if u were in US would be that your are pregnant. Share your diary with your Dr and the two of you should be able to figure it out.

LESS TOUCHING: Would calm down the excessive manipulations to your breast and also you did not mention anything about your menstrual cycle or if you had unprotected sex. Make sure that you are not pregnant that can have breast sensitivity as well

Usually not possible: To tell. It is generally not feasible to tell if a lump is cancerous. However, hard lumps that are fixed to the skin or chest wall are likely to be cancer, however, lumps without these characteristics can still be cancerous. If you have a lump in your breast, please see your doctor for examination and may be mammogram.
