Yes, herbal works: So, is it possible that a herbal remedy could help with fibromyalgia treatments? Could it really be that after all this time a bunch of leaves could actually do the trick and stop me feeling like my brain is full of cotton wool?

Fibromyalgia treatments: moringa is a tree, found in india and parts of africa, used by the people of these countries to maintain health, it is usefull for fibromyalgia.

Chronic pain syndrom: Fibromyalgia is a chronic muscular pain syndrome wiht widespread muscular pain on both sides  of the body, above  and befow the belt. This is made worse by poor sleep and/or poor exercise and/or poor control of stress and psychological issues. It is associated in most patients by many tender myofascial pain sites in these  locations.

See below: I am not familiar with the term neuromyalgia. Fibromyalgia is a syndrome of wide spread body pain which occurs predominantly in women. The cause or causes are not known but are thought to be a result of an overly sensitive nervous system.

Probably not: Fibromyalgia ranges at least from adolescence and probably from early in childhood.  Growing older does not spare anyone.
Swelling (if objective) would have a different cause.

Neg MRI: If an MRI is negative both brain as well as the spinal cord then lower limb weakness, spasticity, or other rangement's are unlikely to be related to a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis.

Inflammatory vs. not: Can produce similar symptoms, but PMR is an inflammatory condition for which there is a single and effective treatment.  FM is a condition with less defined symptoms which variably responds to a variety of interventions.  Because they are common sometimes people will have both conditions.

Sleep: Fibromyalgia is caused by lack of adequate, restful sleep.  Improve sleep.  Consider evaluation by a sleep specialist if you suspect any slee disorders.  Also, regular moderate aerobic exercise.  Avoid strength training such as weight lifting etc as this can worsen that pain.  Regular practice of taichi also can be quite helpful.

See details: Not really. Localized pain will have another cause. I would urge consultation with a rheumatologist. It is usually best to look for solutions without resorting to narcotic pain relievers at age 34.

It's your call.: My assumption is if all your tests are normal & u don't have weakness, numbness & tingling of your extremities , then likely it's not serious. Your pain likely is musculoskeletal in nature, possibly a pinched nerve in your cervical or  thoracic spine, a bruising or strained muscle or ligament from strenuous physical activity. Fibromyalgia is a (clinical) DX of exclusion. Take care!
