Difficult to treat: Anal fissures are often difficult to treat and slow to heal.  Avoidance of constipation is a necessary component of treatment and fiber can help.  Usually a prescription cream containing 0.4% Nitroglycerin is necessary to expedite healing.  See  your doctor.

Floaters: They are most likely what are known as floaters. Floaters are condensations within the vitreous gel in the center of the eye. They can be annoying, but are usually not a significant problem. If you develop a shower of new floaters, particularly if seen with light flashes, that could indicate that you are developing a retinal tear or detachment, and you should be seen by an ophthalmologist asap.

PT: For these types of lesions I recommend a good course of physical therapy. If you are having a lot of pain then a  cortisone shot can help.  Surgery is most likely not needed.

Depends on cause: There are a number of possible causes for this - diabetes, obesity, alcoholism, and various other autoimmune conditions. Optimal relief depends on the best possible management or correction of the condition that is the cause. So, work with your provider as well as you can to treat that - the neuropathy improvement will help you know if you've been successful. Best!

NOT AN INDICATION: I cannot say that I have ever heard of this application and it is not a known FDA recommendation so insurance will most likely not cover the prescription. Other medications for neuropathy like gabapentin or Lyrica (pregabalin).

Varies: When a tendon has chronic or multiple of episodes of inflammation and/or injury, calcifications can develop.  At 4x1 mm they are extremely small.  They don't really heal.  One way to look it is they are really just a symptom of of chronically irritated tendon.  Treatment involves addressing the cause of the tendinitis.
