Allegra (fexofenadine) safety: Allegra is generally a safe medication. It is pregnancy category c : http://en.M.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/pregnancy_category#section_1.  If you are not even pregnant yet, it is all right to take it until you are confirmed pregnant. Then you might want to use category b products like benadryl, (diphenhydramine) Claritin or zyrtec (or generics). Best to use sprays for nasal symptoms -- not absorbed. Use pills off and on.

Common cold: if you are still congested despite taking allegra D , you may want to try saline nasal wash then briefly OTC nasal steroid spray, but read the labels well and use it right, trust that you are not hypertensive to start with while on allegra D, if no improvement see your doctor

: You can stop loratadine today and start fexofenadine tomorrow. You should not use them in combination, such as using loratadine along with certirizine or fexofenadine or benadryl or hydroxyzine at the same time.

i took allegra 24 allergy (fexofenadine) last night. i took my nightly medication which is risperidon and ezetimbe and 20-25 minutes after my face got warm and tingly. it seems like i had a mild allergic reaction. still lingering from last night?

: I could not find any interaction between Fexofenadine and Ezetimibe or Risperidone in PDR. 
Was it the first time you took Allegra? If yes, you might have an adverse effect with Allegra but it should not be called an allergic reaction.
