Allegra (fexofenadine) safety: Allegra is generally a safe medication. It is pregnancy category c : http://en.M.Wikipedia.Org/wiki/pregnancy_category#section_1. If you are not even pregnant yet, it is all right to take it until you are confirmed pregnant. Then you might want to use category b products like benadryl, (diphenhydramine) Claritin or zyrtec (or generics). Best to use sprays for nasal symptoms -- not absorbed. Use pills off and on.
