Accepted Answer

Yes.: Painful swelling of the eyelid could also indicate a skin infection, or cellulitis. I suggest you see your doctor asap.

Workup: Do not ignore a headache of 4 days duration. Although this may be a migraine variant, it could also be an issue with pressure on your brain. I suggest a full medical evaluation with blood test and well as a ct scan of your brain and possibly an mri.. I advise immediate medical checkup. You can use adil or aleve (naproxen) for some temporary relief; however, your case as described requies further evaluation.

Could be the flu: I wonder if the HIV lowered your resistance and you could have a more serious problem. See your physician asap especially because of the headache that needs more investigation.

Infectious: Your symptoms sound like you have an infection, either viral or bacterial, the latter of which may require antibiotic treatment to improve.  See a dr, for an examination and the diagnosis, so the proper treatment can occur, best wishes to you.

: The pattern cited likely represents a gut virus that created a rash as the body's immune system trapped it. The virus- antibody complex often leaks out of capillaries near the skin surface which is cooler than the bodies core. Sometimes the rash will be unique enough to label, but often not. I doubt psoriasis has much to do with it.

can you get meningitis from covid 19 j&j vaccine? i had a mild fever along with chills and a headache last night. fever and chills have improved, however, i still feel fuzzy/cloudy in my head and tired. should i be worried?

: Am not aware of any case of meningitis caused by any of the vaccines.  You are likely to experience a few days of mild fever, headache, fatigue, and shoulder pain for about 2-3 days after the "jab".  If you do not return to baseline, in a few days, notify your doctor.

Sounds like a cold: A cold or maybe the flu ...
Tylenol for fever and headache, a laxative for the constipation ... If your fever is over 101, do see a doctor tomorrow.
Don't go to work ... Stay warm .., lots of fluids ... If you have shaking chills, that is a serious symptom of a viral (or bacterial) infection ... Your doctor can take cultures and make a diagnosis.

Viral symptoms: Sounds like an acute viral illness. Most run their course in 7 to 10 days and require only supportive care (fluids, rest, tylenol (acetaminophen) for high fevers). For worsening symptoms, without an exam, anyone is guessing, so if so see your physician.
