had pneumonia 2 weeks ago. 12.17 had shivers, followed by 101, 102, 103f fever, dull body ache, joint pain, headache, sore throat with some white spots, no cough or phlegm, no other symptoms. 12.18 & 12.19 only sore throat. could be pneumonia relapse?

: Most likely the symptoms are related to the same infection. COVID-19 and Strep screening may be helpful. Treat symptoms, stay well hydrated and monitor temperature and breathing.

: Unlikely to cause pain in an 18 year old. There is another explanation such as muscle overuse, strains, some forms of arthritis. You should have a doctor exam to make sure you are ‘healthy’ and please improve your diet.

: Do you have a family history of hemochromatosis?  Your symptoms are suggestive of this disorder. Because of years of menstrual bleeding &amp; from pregnancies this disorder in women doesn't show up until later in life. Anemia is not common in hemochromatosis but can occur. A hematologist is best to evaluate &amp; advise you. Does negative HFE exclude hereditary iron load disorder or types of hemochromatos

FMS or rheumatologic: Fibromyalgia is a widespread muscular pain and fatigue disorder of greater than 6 months duration. It has all the features you describe with the exception of gland swelling. Fibromyalgia frequently has a feeling of swelling, but actual swelling is nonexistent or minimal. What you describe could be rheumatologic, infectious or other disorder. You should seek assessment by your primary doctor.

my son has 5ths disease.he just broke out in rash.i've been sick for over 1 1/2.severe joint pain, cold sweats, fever, chills, could it be from that?

Fifth Disease: Unfortunately, all those symptoms can be attributed to fifth disease.  It is much milder in children than adults.  There is a blood test to check for this.  The treatment is symptomatic care - usually Motrin for joint pain and fever.  You should speak to your physician regarding possible other therapies for the joint pain.
