No way to say: If you were exposed, it is possible that you are contracting mononucleosis but it is certainly possible that the fever and headache have another cause. See your PCP to find out for sure what is going on.

: Given the prevalence of COVID-19, your symptoms may be related to same.  If pregnancy is possible, and your period is delayed, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.  Other viral illnesses can begin with low grade temperature elevation, headaches and nausea.  See your regular physician for an exam and other testing.

Fungal/parasitic inf: Your presentation resembles a fungal infection or parasitic infection in the line of Malaria fever that is poor treated. I would recommend you consult a doctor and have tests done in that line, including an LP.

i got a penicillin injection for strep throat and how long will it take to treat the inflammation. the symptoms like fever and headache i longer have. it doesn't hurt to swallow unless if i swallow faster and will it take longer for inflame to heal?

: Patients are not considered contagious 24 hours after the injection and most report a reduction in general symptoms within 3 days. The swelling response often depends on whether there is a co-infection with a virus or previous infection at the site.

Could be allergies: Try otc nasal sprays like flonase and similiar products first, they are inexpensive, can be used 2 to 3 times a week with pretty good results. That would be a good start to finding relief. By the way, don't use everyday, some people get nose bleeds and saline sprays help also.
