Male/Female : There are significant differences between males and females beside genitalia. Males have larger hearts/lungs, longer/stronger bones, higher muscle to fat ratio, and overall larger size. Females have larger livers, stomachs, thyroid glands, kidneys, better night vision, lower blood pressure and live 5-7 yrs longer.

Pudendal block: It is uncommon to give pudendal blocks for pelvic pain in women. First of all, the pain may be coming from ovarian or uterine origin. At 23, you should see an ob/gyn to make sure of the cause, before consenting to have a nerve block which may not be necessary at all.

im a 34yr old female with primary hypertension, on treatment. ive noticed pigmentation on the tops of my feet recently - like brown freckles. no other symptoms - no pain or swelling. should i go see my gp? i can send a picture?

GP: Would be best as all changes have to be evaluated in the right context and that includes well documented medical history, current treatment, allergies, previous resolved issues and overall response to treatment. Moreover, any rash has to be evaluated clinically and an exam including other areas of the body would be needed. Do see you GP timely.

Depending : Depending on what your nose and lip look like and what your goals are, revision surgery may be possible. It isn't uncommon to need scar revision for prior cleft lip surgery. In other cases volume deficiencies need to be addressed as well.

Not possible: Whereas it would be great to be able to see a fetus develop week by week throughout pregnancy, it just isn't  feasible.  Insurance companies will not pay for the ultrasounds and doctor's offices are primarily focused on the diagnostic aspects of ultrasound.  Anticipate a possible dating scan, 18-20 week anatomy/ level 2 scan, then depending on clinical picture a scan in the third trimester.
