Doesn't sound like: You need x-ray1 ice packs, ; if in 24 more hours pain ; swelling worse, see pcp.

is it true that stress can cause hair loss? not in patches...i mean like running your fingers thru your your hair and about 30 strands falling out.

Hair loss: Yes it is possible that stress can cause hair loss but it is important to also rule out medical causes.  See your primary care doctor to rule out the medical causes.  If medical causes are ruled out, then monitoring and managing stress would be the next strategy.

Hair loss: It would be unlikely that running you hands through your hair would cause hair lose. Since all hairs on your head go through a growth phase and a shedding phase it more likely that the hairs you find between your fingers is normal shedding

Not likely: Nutritional deficiencies are rare , the fact that it is only on one nail not the majority of them makes a systemic cause like a nutritional deficiency unlikely.

Pigment cells: This is caused by pigmentbcells at the base of the nail and is common in african americans. The vitiliog is not conner ted but can be treated depending on the area, and size of the vitiigo. The lines do not require treatment. Removal would require surgery which is not recommended.

Knee spain : Looks like a knee sprain.  Apply ice 2-3 times a day and take some Motrin for one week. If that doesn't help  see your doctor.

Chest Pain +Diabetes: Although you are young, with a h/O Diabtes, and chest pain with radiation to the left arm, you need to go to Emergency room, and get EKG and blood for cardiac enzyme to Rule out Heart attack. Be safe than sorry. Once you rule out all organic problems, it is ok to lean on your Anxiety as a diagnosis. Be Well.
