Feet have many : Sweat glands. I would try washing them well with soak and then soaking them in a bucket of lukewarm water with teabags.
Do this once a day for a week, then you can cut it down. Your shoe gear may be contaminated with fungus or bacteria and you should disinfect them. There are various sprays to do this.

B vitamins stink!: B bitamins in particular, will make your urine smell.  If you are taking both B12 and a multiple vitamin you are probably getting a pretty good dose and therefore are exuding the excess from your system. The bugs will stay away from you, but other than that, probably not of significant concern.

Wear leather sandals instead of shoes whenever he gets the chance. Fungus or bacteria can also cause odor. Try Lamisil cream.

You need to have this evaluated.

Also, dry feet well/in between toes after bathing, use foot deodorant or medicated insoles, "ventilated" socks, open-toed sandals when weather allows, barefoot at home.
