Feet have many : Sweat glands. I would try washing them well with soak and then soaking them in a bucket of lukewarm water with teabags. Do this once a day for a week, then you can cut it down. Your shoe gear may be contaminated with fungus or bacteria and you should disinfect them. There are various sprays to do this.

Sweat and fungus: You probably sweat a lot and have a fungal infection. Try using malt vingear soaks (5-10 minutes) daily to help with the smell, and use spray deodorant on your feet to help with the sweat. Lastly, see you doctor to treat your fungal infection. Good luck.
