Uncertain...: it's unlikely did 20 that you have any serious problem. Perhaps you did some activity that irritated a shoulder or nerves. If the problem continues you should see a doctor to make sure that there is not a serious problem.

i'm having nagging pain in the tricep, bicep area of right arm. hard to get to sleep some nights. now i also notice a slight twinge in left side of chest at times when i take big inhale breath, not consistent. seems heart issues can relate to arm?

"Itching on the inside of the chest" is not a very common symptom.  It sounds like this is really bothering you.  If these symptoms have been present for some time without improvement, I would recommend seeing a medical provider to examine your chest and lungs.  You may need a chest X-ray or other tests to evaluate further.

Pleurisy: Most likely pleurisy, which is inflammation of the lining of the lung, usually caused by a viral infection. In someone so young, heart disease is very unlikely. Definitely quit smoking, just as a general good idea. If the pain doesn't go away or gets worse, or you develop shortness of breath, see your doctor. Hope this helps!

Costochondritis: It is also called chest wall pain and is a common cause of chest pain and it typical of what you are describing.  It does not cause problems other than pain.  If there is another problem like a lump in the area it could be caused by something else.
