Accepted Answer

No: When growth centers close after puberty, you don't grow taller. Even growth hormone injections don't make you taller, look at Sylvester Stallone, the short guy , as a prime example. He has been busted for using them to keep looking fit, and word has it he did so for years.

if an adult has already sought medical help for feeling suicidal, but still wants to die is there legal advice they can seek to help them succeed?

I'm going to choose: Understanding 'succeed' as surviving this terribly difficult time and finding a better situation (i expect you could mean death - and no dr here will enable that), i fully acknowledge that not all efforts to help are effective - but there will be a winner if you keep sampling. I know that is asking a lot from someone in distress, but it is true. As to being billed, if you can't pay - you can't.

enlarged adenoids (adult) for 2 years. chronic post nasal drip and lump feeling in nasopharynx. can adenoidectomy help (stop pnd and "stuck" feeling)?

Adenoids: Adults with enlarged adenoids usually have allergies, some have reflux. Adenoid can be source of increased nasopharyngeal drainage. See ENT or Allergist. may be able to shrink the adenoids with prednisone, better allergy management. Adenoidectomy in adults can  have excessive bleeding.

Trust you did not experience a loss of blood and shock during recent pregnancy. If so look up Sheehans Syndrome

i nursed a baby whom has croup yesterday. he coughed in my face. today i have a sore throat, stuffy nose,  a feeling of fullness in my throat and fatigue. is it possible that adults could get croup? i haven't caughed yet...

Germ yes/croup no: Croup is a syndrome marked by the noisy cough/croup made by the rubbery airways of an infant/child. By age 8-9 the airways have firmed up and are no longer capable of the vibration /noise production. Adults can get the virus &amp; usually have a URI/laryngitis or other related symptoms.

i work with children and have been exposed to hand-foot-and-mouth recently. i have a fever of 101 and muscle aches/ unwell feeling, but no blisters or rash yet.  should i just treat it like a cold, or could hand-foot-mouth present like this in adults?

Hand foot: and mouth disease is caused by the coxsackie virus which may only give fever diarrhea or vomiting 
in adults may or may not give the rash
you should be better in a couple of days
drink more fluids and treat your fever appropiatly

Trauma?: One symptom of post-trauma stress disorder is numbing or feeling like one doesn't have any feelings. Another possibility is that growing up you did not receive the psychological space to have feelings as a child and consequently you don't know what you are feeling. This can also be a side effect of medication or being in shock from a loss of a loved one/ grief. Some ideas to consider.

Many but: On most instances, I would first try to treat it as dry skin by applying moisturizing lotion regularly especially immediately after bathing while avoiding scented or antibacterial soap.  If this fails to work after a couple of weeks, I would start looking for a psychologic or neurologic issue.

Neuropathy: Ischemia or neuropathy of which rhwre are multiple causes,of each.  It can be something as simple as positioNal lack of bloox flow or compresssion, to.B12 deficeicy to sciatica,to MS. If persistent get it checked out.
