The something: Your synopsis states that you have a sensation after you are doing something. Clearly "something" seems to be triggering your discomfort. Stop doing "it" and see if the "something" resolves itself. You may have a trigger point and a physical therapist might be helpful to you.

Need more info : This is complicated and requires more information. You could be describing cramping associated with ibs. Do your symptoms resolve with bowel movements, a tell-take sign? The back cramps is odd though. Consider a consultation with a gastroenterologist

: It is a headache as you describe it.  You need to find out what is causing it which will help you get it under control.  Not likely sinus from the limited info you give us.  Discuss with your local Drs.

suffering from long term acidity & food/liquid reflux to food pipe. taking zantac. now,dr gave me pantoprazole 40 mg. it sorted the acidity & reflux somehow but every evening,i'm feeling bit nauseous. no vomiting or pain but an urge of wet burping. ?

Queezy from ppi: Hi GcZ648, nausea is a known but uncommon side effect of pantoprazole. It may go away with continued use. Some things that will help with your reflux are avoiding fatty, spicy, or acidic foods. Avoiding chicolate and coffee are helpful as well. Nighttime symptoms can be helped by not eating within 4 hours of bedtime. Exercise and weight loss have proven to improve symptoms as well.

i have acid reflux and every evening, i get choking feeling in my throat which doesn't go away for few hours. is there a way to prevent it? thanks.

GERD to THROAT: To prevent GERD -- eat smaller meals, chew more thoroughly, make posture straighter, get up and walk after eating, sip water during and after eating, eat less meat.  AND of course, take acid blocker or acid reducer each evening 30 min before  eating, such as omeprazole or Pepcid (famotidine). Both are OTC.

Long shot: This is seen in a minority of patients who have hodgkin's disease, and is rare otherwise. It would be worth a physician's office visit.
