If it is due to actual retained water from bathing or shower, consider a hair blow dryer on cool temperature setting. If it is due to infection or inflammation of your ear canal, ear drum, or middle ear, get it treated. It begins with a correct diagnosis.

: No, usually the feeling of having water in the ear is that there actually is water in the ear canal. Do not use Q-tips to try to dry the ear. A very effective way to do so is to use a hair dryer on a cool setting for a few seconds. Do not do it with heat. Good luck.

Ear tingle: Sounds like allergy symptoms. Try oral decongestants and anti histaminics.

Swimmers ear: You most likely have an early case of swimmers ear or otitis externa, an infection of the ear canal skin. It can get worse if not treated. 
You can try using white vinegar and rubbing alcohol drops twice a day. Avoid water. If it gets worse you need to see a doctor. They may prescribe antibiotic drops. 
Vinegar and alcohol can also be used as a preventative after swimming.

Fluid in ear: You are experiencing symptoms of serous otitis media, a condition in which  fluid  secreted by the mucous membranes of the ear canal  which gets trapped behind the ear drum.
This is caused by swollen membranes in the sinuses and eustachian tube which block the drainage of the fluid into the mouth.  Prescription nasal steroids can clear this condition.  Seek medical attention.

See MD  : Could be excessive ear wax in the ear canal or an otitis media with effusion ( fluid behind the ear drum from a cold or allergies) or an otitis media ( ear infection). Only way to know is to see a doctor.

Eustachian tube ?: If not associated with pain or obvious discharge from the canal,  then likely an intermittent blockage of the drainage tube from the middle ear would produce this sensation.  When it unclogs it usually provides relief from ear congestion or reduced hearing.

hi all i was cleaning my nose with saline water and water came out of my left ear, its is blocked and im feeling pain. could zs be serious ?

Perforation: When cleaning the nose with mouth closed and with pressure, this can open the eustachian tube and indeed although not often can cause fluid to go up to the ears. For the water to come our of the ear, there has to be a perforation in the tympanic membrane which may not be new since the pressure allowed water to come out but with the acute pain, have it evaluated by md or ent.
