ive seen my family doctor and shes ran blood tests. everything looks good to her. i am on thyroid medicine for 3 years now. lately ive been feeling very jittery, shaky, fatigue and heart palpitations when my bidy is at rest. especially nights?

: There is inadequate information, however my concern may be what you are taking in the evening that may be affecting you if the thyroid test was normal. Do you take wine with your dinner? That may be what you need to cut out. It is possible something that you are drinking or eating (or not) may be causing the effect that could not be detectable with blood tests. I mean if you have low magnesium etc

Many possibilities: Consider medication reaction, developing peripheral neuropathy, problems with muscle, nerve, spine, brain, vitamin deficiency, metabolic issues such as diabetes, thyroid problems.  In essence see your doctor and get complete evaluation.

A problem: Sleep apnea results in inadequate restful sleep. A sleep study may be necessary , see your health care provider.

Sex: Hi, I don't believe these 2 are related at all. She might have caught an infection so she better sees a doctor if she really have a documented fever.

Many causes: These symptoms can have many causes from hypoglycemia to other hormonal imbalances and even neurologic conditions. This needs to be evaluated by a healthcare professional soon.

Yes see your doc: Not sure what the source of your symptoms are, but definitely warrants a trip to your primary care doc for evaluation. Your doc will want to know the specifics so sometimes keeping a diary of symptoms to give for them to review will help them tease out what is going on.  Good luck!

Flu? decongestants?: A flu bug or bad virus could cause shakiness and an ear infection although i never heard patients describing shakiness like a vibration.  I recommend you check with your doctor if you haven't done so already.  If you are taking decongestants for the ear symptoms then the decongestants could cause shakiness.

i have gerd but recently ive been feeling a shakiness sensation in the middle of my chest that wont stop with extreme tiredness. my left chest (aka) heart has a sharp pain right above my heart but goes away throughout the day. should i be scared?

: Those symptoms seem not typical for GERD.
See you doctor if you have extreme tiredness without an apparent cause.

Family practice : Insulin resistance or metabolic syndrome may cause these symptoms but it is usually associated with fatigue , weight gain and sluggish feeling. You are producing larger amounts of Insulin because it is less effective. Your body senses it needs more to get food into cells to burn it off. Include protein in your diet. Metformin is used for this if you are prediabetic.

can mirtazapine (remeron) give you side effects that can actually trigger a panic attack? ex: skipped heart beats, shakiness and feeling weak? :(

No: Early in the treatment of anxiety patients may feel increased anxiety as their body is getting used to the new medication.  Try to stay the course and after a period of weeks and regular used of the new med the good benefits will come.
