Get tested: Two common conditions that can cause morning fatigue are hypothyroidism and disordered sleep such as sleep apnea. If you are tested normal there are specialist that can look at more subtle causes that can cause profound symptoms.

Sleep Diary: Most people need between 6 to 8 hours of sleep, sleeping more or less than that for most people increases chance of morbidity and mortality. There can be genetically short and long sleepers.
You must get a sleep study done and rule out sleep apnea.

2  months ago, i did some deep cleaning in the house and i was feeling exhausted for like 45 min. what did that mean?

Deep cleaning: Not sure what you mean by "deep cleaning". Were you exposed to toxic fumes? 
Did you have to walk down (and then up) 4 flights of stairs to get in "deep".  What other symptoms did you have - just fatigue?  Diagnosing medical conditions is more like a murder mystery than a magic show - we need clues!

i have been feeling exhausted and extremely weak for four days and have had a dull headache the entire time. i started coughing today. please assist?

? viral infection: with URTI, upper respiratory tract infection, causing sinusitis which can give you headaches, the cough that started can be due to the sinusitis or probably your lower respiratory tract got affected too. Rest, fluids, pain killers, ? cough medicine OTC, but read the labels carefully, if no improvement see your doctor

Sleep study: You should discuss this with your doctor to rule out any type of disease process and also to consider sleep apnea, chronic fatigue syndrome or other related issues.  A diary your sleep patterns and what you did the day and night before are also critical.

i am getting out of breath on small activities and feeling exhausted a lot what could this be i do smoke about 15 a day i am 38 years old?

Breathlessness: Your smoking could be causing your difficult breathing but if you are not exercising regularly and not eating well or sleeping well these can all be factors in addition to stress levels. Consult with your doctor to rule out any medical issues and also ask for help quitting smoking. Best wishes.

feeling exhausted and burnt out from work. when are blood tests necessary? when and how do i know something is really wrong? are there warning signs?

Exhaustion: If this is new development u would benefit from complete physical exam ; bloodwork with thyroid and hepatitis panels as well as hgba1c.  If everything is normal u might be depressed and benefit from therapy ; possibly medication. Be proactive and make sure you get a copy of your labs for your records.  You will then have a baseline to compare future labs to.  Everyone should have a primary care dr.

my 10 day quarantine was until 26 december. tested positive for covid 16 december. 27th december i'm feeling exhausted. 28 decwmber body pains are back and headache. exhausted. i'm due back at work 4 jan. i dont feel well enough to return to work?

Covid ?'s: After positive testing for Covid, some patients have symptoms of fatigue , scattered body pains and shortness of breath.  At this point after quarantine, Covid is not communicable, and it is unpredictable how long some may suffer with what is described.  Ask your physician for evaluation of your condition and a work exemption if he/she agrees.

after being on levlen (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) ed for 9 months and going of the pill it's been 3 weeks and i'm having pain in lower tummy and feeling exhausted im not pregnant why?

Ovulation: Based on the timing, you are likely post ovulation. The Progesterone secreted by the ovary after ovulation. Can slow the bowel down, causing bloating, and make you feel tired. If you are hurting, you may have a ruptured corpus luteum, and that should get better after several days.

Girlfriend or you: I'm not sure if your question is about your girlfriend's hyperthyroidism or your exhaustion. Exhaustion can be due to thyroid condition, but there are also many other causes of exhaustion including poor sleep patterns, stress, anemia, depression, etc, etc. See your Physician if this persists.
