Deep cleaning: Not sure what you mean by "deep cleaning". Were you exposed to toxic fumes? Did you have to walk down (and then up) 4 flights of stairs to get in "deep". What other symptoms did you have - just fatigue? Diagnosing medical conditions is more like a murder mystery than a magic show - we need clues!
