? viral infection: with URTI, upper respiratory tract infection, causing sinusitis which can give you headaches, the cough that started can be due to the sinusitis or probably your lower respiratory tract got affected too. Rest, fluids, pain killers, ? cough medicine OTC, but read the labels carefully, if no improvement see your doctor
