Bloated: Consider  constipation, GERD/ gastritis w/or w/o  H pylori , gallbladder , may be food intolerances like gluten soy or milk( avoid each of these products for 1 week in sequential fashion to test )  or irritable bowel. Rarely could l be inflammatory  bowel disease early. Consider increase fluids to 2-3 liters/ day water/ solute, Gas -x  for gas after meals, f/u/ w/ doc

Bloated: Bloating can be several things. Its often excess gas or poor digestive processes. It can be from food allergies, IBS, celiac disease, gastritis, diabetes, poor diet, anxiety.  Now this is rare and especially rare in  people under the age of 40  but also  a symptom of heart disease

Get checked.: Bloating is a perplexing symptom. Sometimes it means nothing serious, but sometimes it can be a symptom of ovarian cancer.You are young for this (I am assuming you are female). See your doctor. She may wish to get a pelvic ultrasound exam to check your ovaries. She'll also want to talk to you about your diet. Good luck.

You did not state the degree of severity of your problems. Any really bothersome symptoms that last for 5 days should be evaluated by a physician promptly. Please go to Emergency Department or Urgent Care promptly, unless you can see your physician within the next day or so.

Food diary:: Keep a food diary to try to pinpoint what is causing this feeling.  Some people can take simethicone for temporary bloating.  Ask your pharmacist about it.  If the bloating continues, see a doc to see if there is something more serious causing the problem.

Prabanely normal: As long you do not have blood in the stools, distended and painful abdomen, and no vomiting you should be alright

Short of breath: Lots of potential causes. Just swallowing too much air can cause distension in your abdomen(bloating)and that can be associated with breathlessness from interfering with diaphragmatic motion. Having said that something else could be wrong, see your doctor to be sure.

Try diet change: Unless you have a fever, before you go to a dr, try a diet change. Increase fiber (fruits/veg), add a probiotic or eat yogurt, drink lots of fluids/electrolytes, reduce fatty foods. If none of this helps, see a dr to do an exam, test for H pylori, investigate gallstones or look for ulcers. Look out for blood in stool or black/tarry looking stool, fever, increasing pain or abdomen tender to touch
