Bloated: Consider constipation, GERD/ gastritis w/or w/o H pylori , gallbladder , may be food intolerances like gluten soy or milk( avoid each of these products for 1 week in sequential fashion to test ) or irritable bowel. Rarely could l be inflammatory bowel disease early. Consider increase fluids to 2-3 liters/ day water/ solute, Gas -x for gas after meals, f/u/ w/ doc

Bloating.: Bloating as described could be related to gastrointestinal pathology - gallbladder, pancreas, stomach, esophagus, small intestines. There are many possibilities that can be addressed. Gallstones? Gluten sensitivity?
