Seek medical care: You may have any of a number of conditions, including constipation, gastritis, stomach ulcer, or even intestinal blockage. You did not state the degree of severity of your problems. Any really bothersome symptoms that last for 5 days should be evaluated by a physician promptly. Please go to Emergency Department or Urgent Care promptly, unless you can see your physician within the next day or so.

Belly bloating: There are lots of reasons for decreased appetite & bloating, & not all of them are due to the GI tract. Even "functional" syndromes may be present without underlying "disease." Your problem may be as simple as an early urinary tract infection, but best to check with your doctor for examination & treatment options so a more serious condition is not missed.
