Fibroids?: There is a possibility that you could have fibroids or some type of polyps that are causing your symptoms.  You need to have this evaluated by your gyn, who will most likely order an ultrasound.

Exam may be in order: After any surgery, the visible incision may heal within a few days, but the inside tissues and organs take longer to completely heal. When having a period, your uterus contracts, making the surrounding structures, even more sore. As time passes, and organs and tissues involved heal, your periods should become less painful. I would recommend you go back to your OBGYN for evaluation.

i have sharp pains in the uterus/pelvic area it hurts so bad i can't sit down it doesn't happen often feels like uterus  and all is  falling  out?

Need Exam: You may have pelvic organ prolapse (pop). Have your gyn evaluate your symptoms and have an exam to confirm prolapse. You can also check yourself to see if you can feel a bulge, low cervix, or mass in the vagina. If not done having children, you can benefit from a pessary to help keep things in place. Otherwise, surgical options are available. Schedule your gyn visit & good luck.

Pretty good : A tilted uterus has absolutely nothing to do with getting pregnant. There are 5 million sperm in three ejaculatory fluid. That makes the chances pretty good. The chance of conceiving in any one menstrual cycle is around 20%. Use over the counter Plan B if intercourse was within 72 hours to decrease the risk of unplanned pregnancy.

im really sure im having a vagina prolapse if you guys know what that mean? im not fully sure yet, but i just taken a smear monday 8/15/22 now it feels like my uterus falling out i need help!!?

how do i know if my iud is misplaced or falling out? i am in a lot of pain in my pelvic area. the end of the string to my iud has moved towards my uterus. there is now a circle like hole that i could slip my finger into.

The : The best thing to do in this situation is to visit your doctor for an iud check. Your doctor will put a speculum in your vagina and locate the iud. The string may be too long and the string needs to be cut so you wont feel it, or if it is misplaced then it will be removed and an appointment will have to be made to insert a new one if you choose.

Ovulation: Patients with pcos and endometriosis can have a more difficult time than their peers without those issues.

It is impossible to say what % someone has in one month to get pregnant. Congratulations on ovulating!

Abdominal pain ?: The symptoms listed are common with pelvic infections. If you have been sexually active, see your gyn physician for an exam and cultures, and a serum HCG test to make certain about pregnancy.

Uterus "10 wks."size: If the uterus is enlarged because of "fibroid tumors" , fertility is not always affected.  Consult a gyn physician about tests to make sure the uterine cavity is normal, and the tubes are open. You should make your plans for pregnancy in the very near future if possible, to avoid potential difficulties in achieving same.
