Uterus "10 wks."size: If the uterus is enlarged because of "fibroid tumors" , fertility is not always affected. Consult a gyn physician about tests to make sure the uterine cavity is normal, and the tubes are open. You should make your plans for pregnancy in the very near future if possible, to avoid potential difficulties in achieving same.
