Nosebleed : you likely have a surface blood vessel on the septum of your nose. Recommend you see an ENT specialist to examine you and possibly cauterize the area

: First thing to do when not sure if adverse reaction/response  is due to medication/s is to Stop it/them. Then go back to see the treating Doctor and review problems with him/her. The sooner, the better.

What was the biopsy: Or diagnosis for the first bump? This may be helpful for determining your other lumps. Have your pcp look at this, and determine if it's similar or related. Best to get to the bottom on this.

Seems to be OK: If you develop neurologic symptoms like dizziness headaches nausea you need to see your physician. At this point it sounds like it’s OK. Usually you put ice on the area For 24-36 hrs. to decrease the bleeding and after that you can use heat application

Maybe: Very difficult to say without an exam. An infection would typically have red skin around the site. Bleeding by itself doesn't necessarily mean there is an infection.  If you're concerned, see a primary care doctor for an exam, and proper evaluation. Hope this helps!
