Spot fat loss does : not occur naturally. By losing weight in general  some may be thigh &amp; trunk fat.  But, we don't get to choose what area of body fat is lost from. Eat healthy &amp; be physically active. Calories burned must &gt; those consumed. Consider working with a trainer.

Diet and exercise.: You need to address your diet and stick to a low glycemic diet. This will level your insulin and settle down the fat making signal.  You should exercise daily, but I encourage you to do High Intensity Interval training.

Muscles?: When working s muscle burning can occur as ot is stressed. Doesn't sound like a neuropathy and poor circulation would not be usual here  and no pay  in the lower leg.  See a doctor for Testing if this persists.

Nothing specific: Make sure you exercise at least 30 minutes a day, don't skip meals, avoid soda, juice, dairy, alcohol and fried foods.  Eat a healthy well balanced diet! also water, organic vegetable broth, green leafy vegetables, natural pickles, apples are great to fill you up so you dont feel hungry and they are very low in calories. Being overweight can increase ur risk of hypertension, diabetes, sleep apnea.

A calorie is a calorie, but surely avoid sugar & simple starch calories.
