Loose weight: Other than loosing weight there is no selective way to just diminish the size of your fingers.

Several: Fat or swollen fingers can be caused by edema, anasarca, angioedema, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic overuse syndrome (if you have worked with your hands all your life, etc.)  these are a few examples.  Get examined to check if your fingers need any specific treatment.

fingertips look creased but otherwise normal when warm. get wrinkly when cold. have recently lost 20 lbs. is it possibly due to fat loss in fingers?

Certainly might: Rapid weight loss (such as crash dieting) will cause loss of structural fat, such as that in the finger pads and the bottoms of our feet. 
That may account for some of what you are describing.
Hydration and general circulation may also be contributors to what you are observing.

You can't: When we lose weight, the body loses the weight wherever it chooses. If the fingers are fat from fat, then there isn't much to do. Some have thicker fingers from muscles. I think of farmers, for example. Their fingers are just in great shape from so much use. Learn to love your fingers as they are.

Depends : The thickness of the fat layer varies greatly between different parts of the body and in different people. The fat layer in hands and feet is usually quite thin while fat on the abdomen can be several inches thick. Obese people may have several inches of fat while athletic people may have nearly none. Nerves are present in the skin and below the fat but tendons are only present underneath the fat.

Venous blood: If you cut a venule or small vein, the blood is indeed dark, but on exposure to the air will soon turn red, so, don't worry, this is appropriate hematological activity.

Trauma...: Three fingers could be traumatic for a virgin.  Probably there is trauma to the vagina and this is causing the bleeding.   If there is a lot of bleeding or pain, it would be a good idea to have an exam to make sure there are no lacerations that need stitches.   Best wishes!

Normal: You skin is normal from what you described. Make sure you are properly hydrated.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Vaginal discharge: The discharge may be due to an infection.Have your girl friend see her gynecologist.

: Different people bleed differently . I will not be concerned but I advise you see a Doctor to have a complete blood test just to make sure all is well.
