A 26-year-old female asked:
Fingertips look creased but otherwise normal when warm. get wrinkly when cold. have recently lost 20 lbs. is it possibly due to fat loss in fingers?

Certainly might: Rapid weight loss (such as crash dieting) will cause loss of structural fat, such as that in the finger pads and the bottoms of our feet.
That may account for some of what you are describing.
Hydration and general circulation may also be contributors to what you are observing.
