Please give us a complete description how long it's been going on, and it it's itchy, hot, tearing. All of these symptoms mean something specific for a better diagnosis. Please see your eye doctor.

Lipoma: A lipoma is a growth of fat cells in a thin, fibrous capsule usually found just below the skin. Lipomas are found most often on the torso, neck, upper thighs, upper arms, and armpits, but they can occur almost anywhere in the body. One or more lipomas may be present at the same time. Lipomas are the most common noncancerous soft tissue growth.

Warts do not: normally have puss, More likely a bacterial infection, so see your doctor.

Bumps or scrotum:  These might be Fordyce spots a which are sebaceous (or oil glands) that become enlarged.  They look like little yellowish or white bumps.  Or you might have inflammed or infected hair follicles. If this is new - discuss with your doctor. If these have always been present if may be one of the former.

Dyshidrotic eczema: Sounds like dyshidrotic eczema which is a dry skin condition. Treat with topical steroids, moisturizers and antihistamines. See your doctor to get stronger strength topical steroids. Otc cortisone does not work very well. Also need to consider fungal or bacterial infection as secondary infection occurs often with eczema.

i  have a bump between my breasts that has thick, white stuff that smells awful when squeezed.  i can never get it all out and it never goes away.

Sebaceous: cyst- may require minor surgery to completely remove this cystic area.

does platysma have lymph nodes? as i stretched mine out i touched bump on one of the bands. is this node or fat or something else? had cold recently

Evaluation: The platysma muscle and the neck have lymphatic nodes. If you had a recent cold that would be a reason why to have some enlarged ones. If you still have them in 5-7 days, then consider having them evaluated. Hope this helps.

these 2 days ive notice that my testicles has 2 lines which arent long but very thick it doesnt hurt or anything its just there. second thing is that i notice that close to my pubic hair there are many dark circle spots but its not bumps. ?

Epididymis?: My guess is you are feeling your epidiymis; sounds normal. Google "testicular anatomy" or similar terms for illustrations. If both sides the same, amost certinaly not abnormal. Harder to guess at the "dark circles", but maybe just normal variation in skin tone. If you remain in doubt, discuss these things with your doctor, but for now it doesn't sound like you have anything to be worried about.

Many possibilities: Could be anything from an enlarged lymph node due to infection, tumor, non-infectious inflammation, or a non-lymphatic mass.  This needs to be examined by a doctor.  Good luck.
