Merits an evaluation: The variable BP and rapid heartbeat could be due to emotional stress; however, there are other possible underlying causes.
This merits a visit to a physician for a careful history, physical exam, blood and urine tests, an EKG, chest X-rays and possibly an echocardiogram; the results of these parameters will enable a decision concerning the cause(s) of the BP and heart rate perturbations.

Possible causes at your age are: coffee and energy drink, dehydration, cold medicines, street drugs like marihuana, hyperthyroidism, arrhythmias, anxiety attacks and etc. Please, see a physician or write back to talk more.

Dehydration: it could be dehydration

change in body position and dehydration will create fast heart beat, and dizziness.

make sure you drink a plenty of water every day.

i'm hearing my pulse in my right ear during my workout and when i get up to fast, and sometimes when i'm walking. what would cause this?

Nothing wrong: This is probably due to some inefficiencies in your right eustachian tube, and when there is a little negative pressure in the middle ear, you'd be more likely to hear your internal carotid artery pulsate, which is located just below the middle ear.  If your nose is also chronically stuffy - the cause of that may be causing the partial eustachian tube inefficiency.  Either way - not to worry.

my pulse pressure is often over 60 and my resting heart rate 45.

Pulse Pressure: The resting pulse pressure in healthy adults, sitting position, is about 30-40 mmhg. The pulse pressure increases with exercise due to increased stroke volume, healthy values being up to pulse pressures of about 100 mmhg, simultaneously as total peripheral resistance drops during exercise. In healthy individuals the pulse pressure will typically return to normal in 10 minutes.

what is the reason for having fast pulse beat if 112 per min?

Depends: It could be an irregular heart beat, such as atrial fibrillation. If so you need to get to a doctor of emergency room urgently.
Alternatively, you could be anemic, low blood counts, and that could do it.  If your thyroid is too active, that will cause a rapid heart beat also.
Please get to your doctor to have this checked out.

No: It all depends how high your heart rate goes. Usually 10-15 beats is normal if there is no significant change in bp. Otherwise please see your pcp.

Monitor: The best way to diagnose an arrhythmia is to record it. If your child is old enough, a heart monitor can be prescribed by your pediatrician.  That's one of the first steps.  Eventually it may be reasonable to see a pediatric electrophysiologist.

Palpitation treat: Treatments include not using caffeine, alcohol , street drugs, smoking and other stimulant substances. Try to learn meditation and other calming techniques, cut out herbal substances, cough and cold medicines, nutritional supplements, see your doctor to be sure no direct heart problem and for treatment if the basics above don't help, your anxiety may be overdriving everything may see psych help.

is it common to be hypothyroid and have a fast pulse? resting pulse consistently at 100.

Depends: If you are truly hypothyroid, your pulse should be low. If are being replaced with thyroid hormone, and your pulse is fast, that could be an indication that you are being over replaced. You should discuss this with your docotor.
