Enjoy your dinner: Clostridium difficile is acquired by ingesting the spore form of the organism.  These spores form from the bacteria in stool.  If you've been treated and are continent of stool you are not considered contageous.  Even if you are colonized with c. Difficile unless you take antibiotics there is little risk of your getting ill.

CONSIDER ENDO CONSUL: Epilepsy meds would be a very rare cause.  Endocrinologist use growth hormones to treat but suspect you are too old to treat. However, a consult  w one might be helpful and educational.

Dog bite: Make sure you have had your tetanus shot recently. Dog bites are at least not as bad as cat or human bites. If there is any doubt at all that the dog could have rabies ie. unvaccinated, the dog needs to be under surveillance. Call animal control if that is the case. Don't take a chance.. If your bite becomes infected, and you aren't allergic to penicilling, Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) is often used.

Depressed: If you and your family are not getting along, it can be upsetting.  It sounds like suicidality is one of the ways you deal with painful life problems.  If you're suicidal now, please tell your psychiatrist and psychologist -- or go to an er.  Dialectical behavioral therapy is a type of skills training that can help a great deal, along with ongoing therapy. I don't see any medications in your info.

Never 2 late 4 help: When you loves someone it is always very painful if not devastating to see them ruining their life with drugs and alcohol. When you are a child and you your parents are under the influence of drugs and alcohol, you are being deprived of the support and  good role models which are essential for healthy growth and development.
