Lash removal: Most loose lashes can be removed by frequent artificial tears and blinking.  If the lash is on the lid margin, it can be removed gently with a q-tip.  If it can not be removed, go see an eye doctor.

Safe to pluck: Hi, sorry to hear about your eye irritation. In this circumstance, you may safely pluck the eyelash from your eyelid. 1. Use a warm, moist wash cloth for 10-15 minute to soften up the skin. 2. Use a clean set of tweezers to pluck it out. This will cause a temporary discomfort as with anytime a hair is pulled, but it will put an end to the eye irritation. Good Luck!

EYELASHES FALLING: This could be due to many things. There is a condition known as alopecia areata that can affect eyelashes as well as other hairy areas. It could also be a result of unconsciously pulling them out. This is known as trichotillomania.
A dermatologist is your bet bet to see for this.

Carotid narrowing: If stroke affected right brain and carotid narrowed over 50% then endarterectomy (CEA) is option. CEA has lower stroke rate than stent but  higher risk of other problems. One option for you is to go to a provider that does both CEA and carotid stents. Decreased vision and falling often not related to carotid stenosis so thorough cardiac &amp; neuro evaluation necessary before intervention.

Blocked drainage: There is a plumbing system, the lacrimal outflow tract, which drains excess tears from the eye into the nose.  If you have tear overflow on one side only and that eye is not inflammed as a cause of excess tears, then you may have some blockage.  Check with your ophthalmologist who has good testing for this in the office.

Epiphora: By 'fall', do you mean run down your cheek? If so, a plugged tear duct would prevent natural drainage of the tears. They would build up and then 'fall' down your check. This is known as epiphora. An ophthalmologist (tear specialist or ocluplastics surgeon) can evaluate this and recommend a solution. Good luck.

It will come out: The combination of tears, mucus from the eye glands and the natural movement of eyelids will drive the eyelash, if it is still there, towards the inner end of the eye and it will come out. It may be embedded in matter when it comes out.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Get examined by Dr.!: You might even need an xray to make sure you haven't fractured a rib during your trauma. Plus, you need to be seen by the eye doctor to make sure you didn't cause injury to your eye, or have an eye fracture. This has to be seen in person. The rib connects from the spine (mid back?)to the sternum, depending on the Rib #. So get seen soon, and get relief!

No prob: I have seen eyelashes get embedded into the conjunctiva as a foreign body (long standing).  Usually eyelashes falling into the eye (between lid and eyeball) are irritating and thus noticed and removed.

Falling lashes: Some reasons for falling lashes include severe blepharitis, caused by bacteria on the eyelashes, and eyelid cancers, such as sebaceous cell carcinoma-- make an appointment to see your local ophthalmologist for this problem.
