Lash removal: Most loose lashes can be removed by frequent artificial tears and blinking. If the lash is on the lid margin, it can be removed gently with a q-tip. If it can not be removed, go see an eye doctor.

Wet Q-tip: I use the soggy end of a wet q-tip. Once it is soggy, it can be drawn across the lash and should pick it up like a magnet. Several passes may be needed to get it. Using artificial tears as the wetting agent helps.
