Epiphora: By 'fall', do you mean run down your cheek? If so, a plugged tear duct would prevent natural drainage of the tears. They would build up and then 'fall' down your check. This is known as epiphora. An ophthalmologist (tear specialist or ocluplastics surgeon) can evaluate this and recommend a solution. Good luck.
