hi. i have a sharp pain in my abdominal area on my right side, close to my belly button. it seems to feel worse if i eat or need to urinate. i don't feel any other symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, etc. just a bit of bloating.

Even back problems can refer to mid abdomen.

Not knowing: Your height and weight makes it difficult to advise, but one suggestion is that by doing only weight training you may be gaining more muscle mass which will increase your weight.  1000-1200kcal/day with vigorous aerobic exercise for at least an hour three times per week should result in weight loss though.

If not overweight -relax.
If overweight I recommend a consult with a dietitian and also start exercising regularly.

In general, the skin still has sufficient elasticity for optimal results in the mid-40's/early 50's. Lesser procedures such a fat injection may be done earlier. Incomplete question: All of your statement did not come through. However, your metabolism slows as you lose weight and you need to reduce your intake further.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.
