hi doc. whats the best treatment for a burned face due to excessive towel scrubbing btw the result of my towel scrubbing is some areas on my face are darker than the rest ,i already stop this habit?

I'm pleased you: recognize this as a bad habit!  Of course, the BEST treatment is stopping the injury .... which you have already done.  Recurrent contusion (which you are inflicting with the rubbing) can result in the darker skin/hyperpigmentation and the red inflammation. Moisturize with soothing cream, possibly containing aloe. A mild OTC cortisone dream may also help. Keeping clean and moisturized is best.

he put his semen on my face then cleaned it with towel. my face was exposed to open air for 10 mins. i think its dry at that time. then i took a bath. is it possible to get pregnant from sperm debris running down from face to vagina?

: Pregnancy is not possible in above circumstances. Contraception remains otherwise key in avoiding undesired pregnancy and associated anxiety, specifically when intercourse becomes possible.

if you tan with a towel over your face, does it fully block the sun from your face?

Tanning: Tanning with a towel over your face does not block all the sun's rays unless the towel is made of lead. A white or light colored towel will block enough of the suns rays to decrease your risk of burning or getting cancer on your face. Protect the rest of your body with a good high spf sunscreen and by not spending to much time in the sun.  Good luck.

posture is bad and i was wiping my head with a towel. sometimes my neck randomly jerks and spasms. i was wiping my head, and so my head couldn't move. but my neck still spasmed and turned a little and was painful. should i be concerned?

: That spasm probably caused a strain of neck muscles. I doubt any serious injury. Give it several days to resolve.

Hard to say?: Without a picture or an exam, i don't believe anyone can tell you.  Repharase your quesition and give more information.  Age would ben nice to know.  Any trauma.  Since birth?  Do your relatives look the same?  Interesting question but just can't answer based on your limited question.  Sorry!  that is my flat-out answer!

Lopsided Face: As this always the case, or have you suddenly developed a "drooping" visage? You may have always had asymmetry, and many people do - including some very famous people, like winston churchill there is a congenital condition known as "hemifacial microsomia, " which is the same thing. On the other hand, if this seemed to have developed obpvernight, you need to deck in with your doctor and i discuss it.
