can white composite fillings cause jaw/face pain?

Yes: Composite fillings that are deep to the nerve or into the nerve can cause pain or jaw/facial pain.  A filling that is too high (high bite), can also cause facial pain as well.  Usually a very simple fix is feasible to stop pain for bite adjustments but deep fillings can be more involved to treat.

Mercury filling?: This could be a toxic reaction to mercury amalgam filling if that is what you got. Or it can be an irritation of the nerve in the tooth. 

Get back to the dentist and perhaps see a mercury free dentist, there are many in texas.

It occurs when a muscle is kept from reaching its full resting length for a prolonged period of time aka dental treatment. This condition is usually reversible with moist heat and passive stretch exercises.

Getting a cold?: Your question is too vague and would need far more information and an exam to give you a meaningful answer.  Perhaps you didn't sleep well, are getting a viral illness, have an ear problem, etc.  If this persists, see your local primary care doctor.

i have a metal plate in skull.  at times i feel something like electricity in head there.  normal? hurts slightly. like foil on filling but less sharp

Might be nerve irrit: There might be a nerve in the area growing or re-growing near the plate, getting irritated.  Sometimes nerve blocks can help this.  OTher times medication can be given that helps.

hello i'm still not filling to well after having vit k to get my inr down from 9 i havnt had no warfarin for a wk n had a bad head for 3days now?

Can't say for sure: There could be a variety of reasons. It needs to clear that  your  headaches are  not due to bleeding in the brain area.Usually after  stopping warfarin  the protime recovers. There can occasionally be coagulation issues  that need  to be clarified  and why you got the warfarin initially.

Possible: You may be getting an abcessed tooth or infection. Sometimes swelling from an infected tooth can cause a feeling of numbness.  See your dentist asap.

waiting for appt. to fix filling, had xrays no current infection, but i've been chewing on one side only. can this cause pain in face and side by jaw?

Yes: Just like walking on a crutch overtaxes one side of your body and makes you sore and stiff.

how safe were dental xrays in the 80s and 90s with regards to causing head and neck tumors of any type later on? used for checkups, fillings, etc.

Extremely Safe: Exposure dose very, very low. Beam is collimated to keep exposed area small. Machines are calibrated and periodically inspected to ensure correct output. I am unaware of a single case of oral cancer every being directly attributed to diagnostic dental radiographs.

UNLIKELY PROBLEM: Most head injuries are quite minor without any long-term consequence.  A lump after impact is simply a scalp bruise or hematoma of no permanent problem.
