Likely a stye: Styes start with tenderness of the lid due to the internal inflammation.  I am assuming this came up fairly quickly and the vision is unaffected and you have not had injury or surgery.  Try using topical heat  frequently for several days and if persistent, then contact your ophthalmologist.

See Dr: Temporal artery inflammation can cause blindness. It is associated with polymyalgia rheumatica, mostly older people. It responds to prednisone orally. Your beclomethasone is inhaled. See a neurologist as soon as you can. You need an accurate diagnosis.

Looks like infection: However, you won't find help online, you need to be seen ASAP by your doctor or better by an ophthalmologist, you need immediate treatment Please don't rub or squeeze your eyes hard till seen and treated, good luck

Cough headache: You may or may not have a primary cough headache. The anatomical region you describe is the temporal area overlying the zygomatic arch. Try cough medicine and ibuprofen for symptomatic relief and if the headache persists or is associated with visual changes or if it is severe and started all of a sudden see MD.

Dry eye: There are many treatments for dry eye.  First line treatments include artificial tears during the day, ointment at night, warm compresses 1-2 times a day, and omega-3 fatty acid supplements.  If no improvement or worsening, you should see an eye doctor to consider other prescription therapy.  Other issues can cause similar symptoms so if worsening symptoms, call your eye doctor.

the corner of my left eye, a slight bit out from the corner, is all swolen up, and is extremely sore to blink or touch, and my vision is blurred?

You should be seen: This is probably a cyst or an infected cyst, but the blurred vision is worrisome.  Apply warm compresses constantly to the sore area, as you seek medical care for this please.

Allergy/blepharitis: This could be blepharitis (lid inflammation), infection, eczema or allergy. Treat blepharitis with warm compresses to eyelids x 10 min 2x/d ; baby shampoo eyelid scrubs. If allergy, stop any new eye creams, cleansers, make up, drops ; take oral antihistamine (claratin/benadryl). See your eye doctor to rule out infection. They may prescribe antibiotics or steroid cream depending on diagnosis.

i have little white bumps on the corner of my right eye. it isnt affecting my vision, but is sore and slightly painful to the touch. what could it be?

Pinguecula: Sounds like a pinguecula, which is a deposit/build up on the white part of the eye (sclera) due to uv light and dryness of the eyes.  You can use artificial tears, and use a cap and/or sunglasses when outdoors.  Sometimes you do not notice them until there is inflammation causing a red background making the white spot(s) more noticeable.
