Eyelid Peel: Chemical peels can be very effective to improve the quality of your skin. However, since the eyelids are the thinnest skin of the body, great care must be taken with this skin. A very gentle peel may be done, but i wouldn't recommend a peel that leaves you visibly flaking and peeling at the eyelids.

is it okay to use an anti aging eye cream if i am in my 20s? or will it cause me more wrinkles? i use sunscreen daily. and drink water alot.

Sucker bait: Don't believe everything you hear or read. Drinking water is not related to aging. An "antiaging" cream???? Use it if it feels good but do not expect it to prevent aging. Do not smoke. A hat and large sun glasses will reduce sun damage along with sunscreen.

i apply castor oil on my eyelashes and it is really good but some of it comes on my lid &under eye area so can it cause early wrinkles to this area ?

No: Wrinkles have many causes, castor oil should have no effect.

Normal: This could be a normal genetic variation as long as it is not a new development. Many people are born with thenabolit to twist their tongue in one direction and not the other or the ability to wiggle their ears or raise one eyebrow and it is very difficult, if not impossible to learn how to do this.

Cosmetic, treatable: Though you have health issues, this is probably unrelated. Usually hereditary--look at your parents' lower lids.  Most likely correctable with outpatient surgery or chemical peel for resurfacing. No otc remedy known to work. Good news-treatment safe ; long-lasting. Bad news-not covered by insurance.

No cure: It's not a disease. However, some times fillers a re used to fill  in  wrinkles. Smile wrinkles are pretty!

: the loos tissue you are seeing is the conjunctiva, and the wrinkling is conjunctival chalasis, or pleating of the conjunctiva. It may be due to dryness or allergy, and it can be shortened by an in office procedure.

Crows feet : Crows feet are wrinkles around the eyes and respond well to botox. The earlier you start treating these the better. This will prevent these lines from becoming permanent.

Maybe: If this is not infectious, heredity or allergy then somr type may help. This is big new  area of the cosmetic industry. It is based on shrinking swelling in the tissue chemically but it is not forever.
