Several options: The best option depends on the exact circumstances...Seek a local facial plastic surgeon. Skin care helps with wrinkles in general, but skin around the eye responds very well because it is so thin. I would recommend skin medica tns serum, tri-retinol, and tns eye repair. I often use sculptra to improve the cheek/lower lid complex. Be careful w/ botox, as it *could* make things worse.

There: There is no permanent cure for wrinkles and aging skin. However there are procedure can make you look younger by dramatically reducing the wrinkles. Several fillers can fill the gaps and reduce the appearance of wrinkles around the mouth and eyes. Also laser procedures can help overall appearance of the wrinkles. Botox or Dysport can stop the muscle associated with the smile. However, usually it is quite normal and accepted to have a wrinkle associated with smiling.
