Need to treat pressu: High eye pressure should not be left untreated especially if it is causing nerve damage. That is a priority as whatever damage occurs is not reversible. Once the pressure is brought down then they can be treated as any person with normal eyes.

Maybe: The paranasal sinuses are located above, beneath, between, and behind the eyes. Pressure or fluid within the sinuses could cause pain, and this could be caused by allergies but also infections and exposure to irritants. However, constant pain around the eyes could represent another condition and should be evaluated by a doctor.

: It is of concern. They’re the symptoms of Atopic keratoconjunctivitis. It happens in some people with bad  eczema and allergies and may end up in loss of vision. Please go to the ophthalmologist for special drops and to the allergist for allergy shots. The shots are for years, but they help, and may save your vision. 
Wear sunglasses with UVA/UVB protection too.

Generally yet: There is a nomogram relating corneal thickness to internal pressure and at a thickness of 510 (on the thinner side) the pressure estimate is 2 points higher.  If your eye pressure is 15, that is comfortably in the normal range.  Are you being treated to lower your pressure to that level?

Not necessarily: Usually shoot low because pressure fluctuates during day, so it helps keep it in "good" range all day. Also no benefit to high-normal pressures.

Depends: It most likely referring to optic nerve Cup to Disc ratio that  is an important eye exam assessment for glaucoma.  The ratio needs to be smaller for healthy nerve if its larger or asymmetrical then it requires follow up for glaucoma.  Eye pressure 17-20 could be high or normal which depends on the patient's history, optic nerve condition and risk for glaucoma.

dr. prescribed several eye drops including atropine for pain caused by increased eye pressure but i've heard atropine is not good for glaucoma.

Different type: Glaucoma of the classic type (open angle) requires medication and sometimes surgery.  Glaucoma termed "acute" is due to an anatomical issue in the eye which can be precipitated by pupillary dilators such as atropine.  Your eye doctor has no doubt ruled this out as a possibility so that Atropine in your case would be safe to use.

Fluctuations normal: Intraocular pressures do fluctuate during the course of a day. The term is a diurnal curve. Some people have high pressures in the am others may have high pressures in pm.
