any advice on medication for chronic dry eyed?

OTC lubricants: Most dry eye can be handled with over the counter (otc) lubricating drops.  Do not use the ones that say "gets the red out" as these are drying.  Plain eye ointment at night is also helpful.  For persistent eye dryness especially if the vision is impaired, see your ophthalmologist.

Not a clear question: Sorry if i can not  help without better understanding the question. If you mean subconj heme, then likely 1-2 weeks time is all that is needed - if vision is unaffected, no pain. Increased blood vessel size is frequently related to irritation, rubbing, dryness, . . . Those things need to be helped. There is no specific medicine for subconj heme but vitamin c deficiency, or other bleeding is poss.

Herpes Zoster: Ophthalmic herpes zoster (herpes zoster ophthalmicus) can present serious problems if it is effecting the actual eye. I do recommend  a medical assessment.

It all depends: If glaucoma surgery is successful, medication may not be necessary. There are several good choices out there, and each has benefits and drawbacks depending on the patient. Your eye doctor should be able to discuss the different medications that you may need, and whether you need medication at all.

i recently got iritus in my eye i'm also on predisone for my ankylosing spodylytus does this medication help with my eye to?

Yes: There is a genetic marker, hla-b27, that when present, is frequently associated with iritis and ankylosing spondylitis.  Oral Prednisone can help treat iritis, but usually topical steroid drops are also used to treat the iritis.  Most often, the ophthalmologist and rheumatologist will work together to make sure all inflammation is controlled!

starting to have headaches everyday for the past 1 or 2. i have not changed anything, and did not start any new medication. the headache are too bad, but i do feel them. sometimes on one side, both and all around. what can this be? eye senitive?

: Several possibilities: dehydration, chemical imbalance, hypertension, jaw or dental issues, sinus infection, but perhaps more likely migraine or tension headaches. Perservatives: Dry eye is most commonly treated with atds ( artificial tear drops). These can be difficult on the epithelium ( cause sloughing) when they contain preservatives and our used long term.

i  have severe chronic anxiety, sometimes when i'm very nervous i have urge to move roll eyes and blink is this a concern ?not on any medication

Not on meds?: You list medications. Did you stop taking them? You don't list therapy and for chronic severe anxiety you need to be treated. Does the eye movement reduce symptoms? If it does, that's not a bad mgmt strategy. If it doesn't, you can learn good skills in therapy. Concern is good if it guides you to improvement. Otherwise, it's not useful. You decide if you'd use it well. Best!

i ate something that had pork on it unknowingly, now i have rush and my eyes are swollen.i think i am allergic to it, please help on which medications i can get or what to do. thank you. ?

Antihistamine: For allergic reactions, the first line treatment to start at home is an Antihistamine. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is very effective in the short term and can resolve the issue or give you time to get to the Dr. If you experience lip/tongue swelling or feeling your throat closing, call an ambulance immediately.

Sore eyes: I might try to guess what you meant by sore eyes (i.e., dry eyes). But guessing is not in your best interest.  Recommend that you provide amplifying information and re-ask this question.
