Starting to have headaches everyday for the past 1 or 2. i have not changed anything, and did not start any new medication. the headache are too bad, but i do feel them. sometimes on one side, both and all around. what can this be? eye senitive?

Several possibilities: dehydration, chemical imbalance, hypertension, jaw or dental issues, sinus infection, but perhaps more likely migraine or tension headaches.
