Bleeding: This is a condition called dysfunctional uterine bleeding - meaning menstrual bleeding outside of typical levels.  You need to see your gyn or primary physician to check on causes.  You may need an ultrasound to see if there are any abnormalities and have your hormone levels checked.

: Those are very nonspecific symptoms which could relate to any number of conditions. Unless there is no chance you could be pregnant, do a home pregnancy test on the off chance that your period was actually early pregnancy bleeding.

No problem missing : There is no serious issues from eating at regular meal times and not snacking between meals. Eating frequently is a good way to become obese.

It is reportedly: quite common to experience an increase in appetite just before or during your menstrual period. The hormone changes associated with the menstrual cycles can make you feel hungrier. These same changes can lead your to crave foods that are high in carbohydrates and/or sugar. Chocolate craving during one's period is VERY common. Stay well:)

Yes it is normal: Hormonal variation can affect the body and increased hunger and desire for certain foods like chocolate can occur. Try a magnesium supplement and see if that helps over a few months (it won't happen right away). Also consider an acupuncturist/chinese medicine practitioner it is soo  helpful for hormonal issues!.

i am 32, my period is regular, for the first time during my ouvalting days i am feeling super super hungry even after eating. i eat healthy most of the time &exercise regularly. i have cheat days &don't let myself indulge extremely in cravings. ?

Carbohydrates: such as bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, and sugar can interfere with ovulation, this can be troublesome if you are trying to conceive. Moderation is key, exercise for 1 hour, walking and such, can help burn the excess carbs, if reasonable amounts are consumed.
