: Those are very nonspecific symptoms which could relate to any number of conditions. Unless there is no chance you could be pregnant, do a home pregnancy test on the off chance that your period was actually early pregnancy bleeding.

Maybe: Anytime you are having unprotected intercourse, pregnancy is possible. Do a pregnancy test to know for sure but if your period was on time and not abnormal it isn't likely that you are pregnant. It is more worrisome that you might have an infection. If the cramping and spotting continue you definitely need to be seen.

Urinary Tract infect: Painful urination and back pain strongly suggestive of uti.

Balanced diet.: A balanced diet with healthy amounts of meat and vegetables is a great way to help fatigue during a period.  During a period there is blood loss and so there is loss of iron.  Meat has iron in it and this helps restore blood cells which restore oxygen carrying and thus energy.

Many things: Symptoms are very non-specific and could be due to a variety of things (e.g. Pregnancy, endometrial changes: polyps, hyperplasia, ovarian cysts: ruptured and intact, GI issues, etc..).  Get checked out, especially if this happens on a regular basis.

Have u been checked?: Abdominal discomfort can be caused by lots of things &amp; may indeed originate outside the GI tract. Further evaluation is in order before anyone can answer "what to do."  Your doctor will want to re-examine you as well as know the quality, timing, duration, exact location &amp; associations (eating, position, activity, stooling, urinating). Best 1st check a home pregnancy test at this point for clarity.

Abnormal: You should be evaluated immediately by a gynecologist.  Your symptoms are do to anemia from blood loss. Several conditions can cause abnormal uterine bleeding. This episode of bleeding can be treated with either high dose estrogen, or lysteda, or hysteroscopy & d&c. You need an ultrasound, and other blood work for further evaluation. See gynecologist now.
