Can I be Pregnant?: We now live in a world where guessing about pregnancy is unnecessary and oftentimes a waste of energy. We do not use ambiguous symptoms in any way to diagnose pregnancy. Fatigue is not a common symptom of an early pregnancy anyway. If your period is delayed and you were sexual when you were ovulating this cycle then get a home pregnancy test.
