Yes: It is possible for women who have been treated with chemotherapy for hodgkin's to get pregnant. There are step that can be considered to increase your odds. Most oncologist now discuss those option before starting treatment and refer patients to a fertility specialist.

See your doctor: It depends. You should go see either a general obgyn or a reproductive endocrinologist. They need to do some labs and determine your hormone levels (fsh/lh/estrogen panel) and ultrasound. Are you having periods now? If so you are still ovulating. If not we need to find out if you have any ovarian reserve. If you don't sometimes we can still help you get pregnant with a donor egg.

Hard to say: Depending on the type of chemo, he could be infertile for some period. If not totally infertile, the sperm affected by the chemo would likely be weak swimmers,allowing the unaffected sperm through to do the deed.It would be a good idea to have a discussion with the docs involved before you start trying to clear up the issue.

Controversial.: Prophylactic chemotherapy after molar evacuation is widely practiced in developing countries in which poor medical and social resources limit effective follow-up. However, this practice, which may cause later chemoresistance, is controversial and lacks universal acceptance. Consider prophylactic chemotherapy only in: HCG >100, 000, large theca lutein cysts >6 cm, significantly large uterus.

Shouldn't be: While almost all chemotherapy is safe in the outpatient setting and is not contagious.  Without knowing more detailed about the disease and drugs used, i'd defer u to her oncologist to b absolutely positive.

Pre-natal vitamins: She should take pre-natal vitamins that have folic acid. Taking additional folic acid will not do any harm, and may be good.

Ovulation: Treatment for cervical cancer including chemotherapy and radiation does not prevent pregnancy, as long as it does not interfere with ovulation.
